Welcome to Learning Effective Strategies for Teaching Undergraduates. The Teaching Assistant Project has developed this set of video clips and resources to assist you in designing your course and managing your classroom. In these video clips, experienced Rutgers faculty members offer their insights, experiences, and strategies for effective teaching. Whether you are a first-time instructor or you are looking for tips to strengthen your teaching, we hope that you will find these suggestions valuable in your own classroom. You will also find sample syllabi, the TA Handbook, and other resources for planning and teaching your course.
