TAPTalk
TAPTalk is a monthly newsletter published during the academic year, presenting articles on topics of interest to TAs. Copies are available free to all TAs at Rutgers.

The Teaching Assistant Handbook
The Handbook is your guide to Rutgers, providing basic information on Rutgers students and services and the roles and responsibilities of the teaching assistant, as well as guidance on pedagogical issues. It is full of practical information about matters such as how to get paid, where to order books, undergraduate demographics, what to do on your first day in the classroom, and how to prepare a syllabus. It also offers specific suggestions for various teaching situations: the laboratory, the recitation section, the foreign language class, the large lecture class, the discussion section.
